(Please see the "ABOUT ME" page for more information.)

All Domain Names, Hosting and Emails that I offer will be set up with DomainNameSanity.
They have several plans available for any budget.
I've given a brief description of each category below.
Not sure what you need? Just let me know, we can work together to
pick out the best plan for you.

A Domain or Domain Name is the name of your website or the website address.
This is usually your name, your company name or a brief description of what you are promoting.

For Example: micksdesigns.com
My name is Micki and I'm promoting my designs.

You may have seen domain names ending in .net, .org or .gov. These refer to the type of website you will be creating.
Although you can choose from just about any suffix, the .com, which stands for commerical, is the most popular.

A few other choices:
.net which stands for network
.org which stands for organization

It is important to come up with a good name. You will want something catchy and easy to remember, as well as help
describe what you are promoting. It's a good idea to come up with a few names because not all names will be available.
The domain name that you may have wanted may already be sold. If you have a few to choose from,
then maybe at least one will be available.

Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own or lease for use by their clients.
Once your website is created, the web host sells you some of that space so that others can access your site.
In this case, DomainNameSanity is the host. Again, they have several different plans available.
These plans are based on the size and details of your website.

Everyone knows what an email is. We can offer email accounts with your domain.
One of the benefits of having an email with your domain is that the email matches the domain.

For example: my email address is info@micksdesigns.com

Another good reason to get an email with your domain is that once your domain name gets out,
it will be easier for people to remember your email because it's the same as your domain.
